Please do try to remember that we are looking to place our animals, no matter how large or small in the best homes possible. I am never in a hurry to place an animal, I spend uncountable hours of my life breeding, raising, and tending to them, and I will take my time finding them the right homes.
I do not list my telephone number due to several very rude callers, who demanded to come to my home on the day they called, having no regard for my own schedule, and preceded to 'threaten' to go to a pet store and purchase a rabbit if i could not accomidate them. If you share this philosophy please save me the energy and by all means go buy yourself some nice overpriced snake food quality rabbits at the local pet store. A rabbit is not a candy bar or a soda, it's not a gotta have it now item, it's a six to eight year committment, and a living breathing thinking feeling creature, which needs daily attention and deserves your affection as well. Whether it be a pet or a show rabbit.
In an attempt to be more prompt with responce to e-mail inqueries about my animals I have changed the contact e-mail. Please use the first addrest first. If I, Cindy, do not reply to you in a timly manner, please feel free to contact my sister, Karen. There are occasions where I am unable to access my laptop and therefore my e-mail for various reasons. But she will read them and ask me and get back to you.
Please also be aware that I reserve the right to refuse any buyer, at my disgression, and if I feel you will not provide a good nurturing long term home for my animal I will not sell it too you. I also require that any animal, rabbit, chinchilla, or mouse that needs to be rehomed after it is sold or given away by me or my sister be first offered to us. This is a courtesy, I am vested in their lives, it is my right to make sure they are safe and cared for. If you can't give me that courtesy don't expect me to sell to you in the future.
Lastly animals are picked up at either my home or at shows we are already attending. There are many reasons why I will not meet people half-way, or deliver animals. Mostly meeting someone in a parking lot or pet store will not give us the time and occasion to speak properly about the animal, small animals also react very differently to these situations, they can become stressed from the ride, noise or number of people, and it is impossible for a potential buyer to get to know the animal in such a situation.
